FundInHand is a loan-request and lead-generation service operated by FundInHand (fundinhand.com). FundInHand is not a lender, not a loan broker, and not an agent or representative of any lender. We do not make credit decisions, do not approve or deny loan requests, and do not set the terms of any loan. Submitting a request does not guarantee a match, an offer, or approval.
State availability. This service is not available in all states. If you request a loan in a state where such loans are prohibited, or in a location where FundInHand does not have an available lender, you will not be connected to a lender.
Tribal lenders. In some cases you may be offered a loan by a tribal lender. Tribal lenders are subject to tribal and certain federal laws while being immune from state law, including usury caps, and may require disputes to be resolved in a tribal jurisdiction. Their rates and fees may be higher than those of state-licensed lenders.
Short-term loans are not a long-term solution. The purpose of shorter duration loans is to provide temporary financial relief. Anyone facing serious financial difficulty should consider other alternatives or seek professional financial advice.
This website is not an offer to lend. FundInHand does not make loan or credit decisions. We connect interested persons with a lender from our network of approved lenders. We do not control and are not responsible for the actions or inactions of any lender, are not an agent, representative or broker of any lender, and do not endorse any lender. FundInHand receives compensation from its lenders, often based on a bidding model in which the highest available bidder is connected to the consumer. Regardless, our service is always free to you.
Credit checks and authorization. By submitting your information through this website you authorize FundInHand and its partners to perform a credit check, which may include verifying your Social Security number, driver licence number or other identification, and any of your creditworthiness. Credit checks are usually performed by one of the major credit bureaus such as Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, but may also include alternative bureaus such as Teletrack or DP Bureau. You also authorize FundInHand to share your information and credit history with its network of approved lenders and lending partners.
Lender's disclosure of terms. The lender you are connected to will provide documents containing all fees and rate information for the loan being offered, including any potential fees for late payments and the rules under which you may be allowed, if permitted by applicable law, to refinance, renew or roll over your loan. Loan fees and interest rates are determined solely by the lender based on its internal policies, underwriting criteria and applicable law. FundInHand has no knowledge of and no control over the loan terms offered by a lender. You are urged to read and understand the terms of any loan offered by any lender, whether tribal or state-licensed, and to reject any loan offer that you cannot afford to repay or that includes terms that are not acceptable to you.
Late payments hurt your credit score. Missing a payment or making a late payment can negatively affect your credit score. To protect yourself and your credit history, only accept loan terms you can afford to repay. If you cannot make a payment on time, contact your lender immediately to discuss how to handle it.
